Franziska Gaupp, a member of the BEE group, was recently invited to talk about her research on the podcast ‘Being Underwater’, hosted by social entrepreneur and anthropologist Joana Breidenbach. The podcast explores conversations with activists, scientists, and social entrepreneurs about how they integrate inner work into their lives and professions. In the episode, Franziska spoke about her career path as environmental scientist, her favourite inner work practice ‘Warm Data Labs’ and her research project ‘Inner Growth for Sustainability Transformation’ conducted in the BEE group at the University Osnabrück.
